Need Picture of passport and bill to verify account

Hi everyone.
Im not really selling on ebay, but a site like it.
Everything is working fine, except the site i use to pay my bills. They have changed their policy for 2012 and now wants me to provide pictures of passport and a utility or electric bill.
The problem is that i dont have these kinds of documents.
And i am not even from the US so i have no idea how it is supposed to look.
Could someone help me with fixing fake documents with the right adress and name.

i have some money stuck in these accounts that i cant access so it would really be great if someone could help me, off course i pay resonable fee.

If you have any sort of bill, scan it and change the (edit using photoshop) details to reflect the account.

for PP - u dont really need a passport, look for a driving license and change details.

I have done this before

Problem is that im not from US myself so i dont have any bills in english that looks right.
Also its not pp, its another service like pp.
And i dont have an american passport so i cant scan my own and photoshop it.

Here's a hint, Google for "/index of" and passport.jpg. Go through the first 20 pages of hits or so. You are guaranteed to find at least a couple.

LOL copying someones passport, he found on internet, is not gonna help him. He needs to provide copy of utility bill too. Why? To verify passport information.
He has to have same address on identification document and utility bill.
If you dont have passport, send copy of ID/driving license. Bills in english are not necessary. Even if you live with parents, you can send their bills as long there is same address.

The thing is that ints not My real name or real adress that needs to be verified.
