My friend and I started to sell items on Eebayy 3 month ago. We have two separate accounts on different addresses. When we started, Eebayy was giving new sellers $5000 and 100 listings per month. Since we were growing pretty fast, I realized that we need more space on Eebayy. Ebayy didn't want increase our limits, so I asked my sister for her account on Eebayy. She gave me it, but she said that she has some issues on it long time ago. I tried it and figured out that I can't list items there for some reason, since I was new to Eebayy I didn't pay much attention to it and created new account on her name, but I really didn't use it, because now they give new sellers $1000 and 10 items to list.

Several days ago, I checked my Ebayy account and found out that it restricted, my listings removed and I can't list anything. Then my friend called me and told me that his account is restricted too. I called Ebayy and found out that they linked me to my sister's new account and it against their policy to register new accounts when you have restriction on the old account. Plus it against their rule to register account if your relative or someone who lives with you has restricted account. We were working with my friend together, I was opening his account on my computer and he was opening my account on his computer, so they linked him to me. We were calling Ebayy many times, if my sister murdered someone, should I go to jail too. Plus my sister didn't care about Ebayy after she created her first account long time ago. She just bidded on item, but didn't pay for it and didn't get it, but since they tried to contact her and she didn't care about open case on Ebayy they restricted her. Now they are saying it's not in Eebayy interests to let me sell and I am too risky. What to do, this profile is very important for me, I am looking for new channels to sell my items, but still I need Eebayy profile for now.

Any advice how to resolve the issue?

you have to raise your feedback...only way to do that besides selling is buying.

actually after that restriction some buyers gave me positive feedbacks so I have 35 feedbacks from buyers now and my friend has 75 feedbacks

but as I understood, it's permanent restriction now because my sister can't resolve problem with Ebay and she is in the EEBAYY black List

Actually I am thinking to register company and then open business account for the company in the bank

Can I register Ebbay account on the Company and don't show that my friend and I staying behind that company?
