Use US proxy so you will be signed up easily .
Also you some fake details from fakrnamegenerator and then signup with that details .

Use search function and you will get alot of public proxies free

I has got VPN already, so would I need to deposit $5-$10 in Entropay account to get 4 digit number for paypal and can I open many accounts over and over again?


I'd hope that it will works.

Vcc's don't really work well..your paypal would get limited in no time.
