It's not good to find products that aren't listed on eBay because, in general, it means that the products are no popular and therefore won't sell well. Therefore you want to find products with one listings but no too much because you not want too much competition

If you can't source the products online then you can always go to local garage sales or flea markets.

Depending if you want a dropshipper or if you will keep the items in stock makes a big difference. As far as what you can't find on there, that you just need to think outside the box. Saw a country once on there but was shortly taken down by them, guess someone was just trying to make a point you can sell anything on there.

Find a wholesaler near you, contact the owner / manager about doing dropshipping for you. See if they have someone doing that, and if so, ask if you can do it as well.
If not, discuss a procedure. For example, you collect sales for the day, email / fax them in at 3 PM, they pick and have ready for shipment by 10 AM next day, you pay and have them shipped.
Otherwise, if you're not looking to have a full-time business of it, go to estate sales / auctions / thrift and find deals that you can turn. I get several items every week at random places that I can buy for x and sell for 5x or higher. It just takes a little research.
