I'm interested in knowing if anyone has taken the time to look into, statistically, the relationship between the total number of viewers of an Ebay auction it takes get to get the item sold?

In macro terms, generally you're right, but at some point marketing can push viewers/buyers towards your price so that it sells. That's what I interested in. How many viewers?

I've put a lot of money forth for this information. I feel that I actually invested too much in this subject because now conversion rates are so low, that I can't really do anything with the information I've obtained.
Many variables:
Time of Year, Seasonal Difference
Pricing
Pricing Setup
Location
Feedback/Rating
Category
etc.

From my personal experience it seems that after 10 hits on your ad it should start selling or somethings wrong.
Less hits if your price is great or more hits if theres too much competition....but 10 hits is the baseline I use.
