Default How To Not Get My Item Removed?

I've been selling Rosetta Stone a few times and I've sold like 4 so far.

But after my 4th sale, I got a message from eBay saying that my product was removed because of copyright violations.

How can I get it back up there without it being taken down?

    Thanks

Well, I'm assuming these are replicas?

I guess, but they are practically the same thing. I've sold 3 already with no complaints.

Email vero@ebay.com and they will send you the forms you need to complete and a list of required documentation to become authorized for these VeRO items. You can fax them back or send them via certified mail.

Lol, that's how all replicas are. They may be "practically the same", but the companies that own those products think otherwise. I haven't sold on eBay for a long time, but based on what I've heard, it's getting more and more difficult.

Yeap , never contact eBay when you are selling something that has dubious origin ! Make stealth accounts and try out again or dig down this forum and you will see many opportunities to make money online different than eBay ! Good Luck !
