My paypal got limited early last year. I kind of forgot about it for awhile. Something reminded me so I tried logging in, It came up to a New Security Measure page wanting me to enter my bank account number. I haven't entered anything yet. Just wondering is it possible my account is unlimited or they would still bring up the Security Measure page even if its still limited. Don't want to enter anything unless it might actually do something good.

I have not that problem. I have putted in my debit creditcard and it was all ok

Yes you could have it unlimited again if you verify your name, address & telephone number. If your card is expired, you may have to verify it again with Paypal - usually take 3-5 working days.

If you can verify your identity, there's no reason why they shouldn't lift your limitation. Mine got limited twice. They lifted my limitation after giving them some verification documents.

Same thing happened to me, they made me re enter everything but it was still limited when I logged in right after.

I wonder if Paypal limits accounts because the account holder logs into it from a different country's Ip

it depends on what they are askin you to log itin . if they ask for bank account only then it will be lifted as soon as you enter your bank account
