I was chilling at computer yesterday and i was about to go to bed at 4:20 in the morning when suddenly i got a message from ebay!
Someone wants me to deliver 250 subscribers to his channel in 1 hours!
And i tell him i can!
I deliver the subs and send him a message that subs delivered and im going to sleep so i will ask any question tomorrow!

SO i wake up today to see a PM from him that says
"Very very scammy to carry on as if to be able to deliver 250 subs in a shot when you know very well you cannot. I was very VERY specific. I asked if you could deliver 250 subs within the hour. You replied that you could. That did not happen.

I need this taken care of tonight, as promised. Not tomorrow. And I even paid a premium for this "privilege". Sorry, but this is unacceptable!

Dude... do you think I was born yesterday??????"

WTF???? WHAT PREMIUM PRICE???

and then my first negative feedback that breaks my 100% feedback
"Warning! Avoid this crook! He can NOT deliver what is paid for TOTALLY DISHONEST"

i opened a feedback revision and i realised that if the buyer dont want to change i have to respect his desicion...WTF???

IM SO PISSED OF AT THE MOMENT

Im waiting if he answers but i think he is scamming people and leave negative feedback to them!...
anyone had any same situation before ?

check his other feedbacks left for sellers and if he is scamming then the pattern should be obvious and you can contact ebay and all his feedbacks will be removed

Where i can contact ebay? They only way i can request feedback revision is from resolution center and they say that if the buyer doesnt want to answer i have to respect him

did he purchased it after you tell him that you can deliver in 1 hr ? . how many feedback that buyer got.

It's the first neg feedback so it feels bad. But. one neg feedback won't do much harm. Even other reputable eBay sellers have some neg feedback. The point here is there will be one or the other sucker like this. Try to contact ebay through contact us and if nothing can be done, move on...

If you have delivered it in 30 minutes then how could he Leave the negative feedback, WTF! , this is really irritating. Also please check whether he left it intentionally or Accidentally? because i have few experiences in which user dont know what they are doing.

So first ask him to change the feedback. To get feedback changed you need to send him Feedback revision Request.

:P Thanks a lot guys for the answers i have so many nurves and i need some BHW mates to calm me i sent a revision but i realised that the revision goes to him and not ebay so i think this will not fix it and i filled a form about feedback violation and sent it to ebay with full screenshots to prove that everything was ok from my side!

hope i win this loser and delete this shity feedback...

why not try blackmailing if he doesn't respond to your feedback request.

well i agree with you 50%. because i have my ebay accounts based in U.K and all proper Company Account. And i have such thing happened in past. like Customer is on fault and left the Negative feedback. and i use following lines to 5 customers and get all revised under 24 hrs

" As you know we have delivered what you have purchased, if you didnt like the item you should have contacted us before, I am sending you the feedback request kindly please revise it to the Positive. i have spent countless days/night to achieve my reputation. and i don't want anyone to play with it. Kindly please revise it otherwise i have only one option which is to get the court orders "

And those magic words always worked for me in past

Hopefully you will solve problem, even if not, dont need to get worried, just reply to the feedback and just go on with your Sales. i dont effect too much.

im going for ebay powerseller in the next 1-2 months and if 2-3 more scammers like him give me negative feedback for nothing i will be not in for it Thats why im so mad

Well Few pointer for Ebay.

1. Top Rated Seller is the Most important factor to get real cash out of ebay.
2. always register 2~3 business accounts of Ebay and spread your products over them. register companies and then register proper ebay accounts.
3. Never deal with hasty customer, as they cause problems.
4. never leave feedback until and unless you get one.
5. if they give phone number, always call them or sms them for the thanks & Appreciation.
6. while Communicating via messages always use" Take Care or Take Very good Care of yourself " and words like " Have a nice weekend" etc.. this is going to make HUGE difference.
7. if items are Physical then send on Paper to them explaining the imprtance of feedback and how to left it with full DSR's
8. Define policies Properly about returns & Refunds etc.. so you can beat the customer ass Legally

Rest you will learn Gradually.

The only way you can change/remove the negative feedback is by asking the buyer to do so. You can not ask eBay to change or remove the feedback UNLESS the feedback itself violates their ridiculous feedback policy.

So I guess your best way in this issue is to ask the buyer nicely (which I don't recommend) or to blackmail the sucker. Asking help from eGay wont help you.

Thanks a lot mate i sent an email asking him to change the feedback and im waiting for response...i dont think he is going to reply:/ i have to wait some days and see how this will go!...If the 10 days period pass and nothing happens he is going to have the worst negative feedback ever...also i think i can share his channel here if i can with my good BHW friends and have some fun hehe jk (not? ) :P

I kinda like your idea buddy, nothing beats a sweet revenge .
But wouldn't it be better to blackmail him before the 10 day period elapsed so you can get rid of the annoying neg feedback?

this is the reason why i quit ebay. i used to sell stamps (for £££££££) and i got a negative feedback because they did not read the description, they decided they wanted the money back, they said they never recieved anything, countless things. and ebay CAN remove neg feedback, I did it 3 times. just takes ALOT of hassle.

one gut scammed me. so i bought 7 of his items over 3 accounts, and waited a week then neg'ed him to death!.. he was a power seller, a month later there was no activity. i call that karma. felt good.

SOOOOOOOOOOOOO we won

He came yesterday night and AGAIN he was saying crazy things like " DAMN YOU who you think you are and sell unprofessional services bla bla bla"
I was so mad i didnt wanted to have positive feedback i only want to make his channel disapear :P i told him to speak better when he dont knows who he is talking to and btw to create a new youtube account becausehe will need it :P

5 minutes later i had positive feedback :P haha

I'm glad to read that you have resolved your situation. Something to remember, this won't be your last neg. People are ruthless on eGay and generally do not care about leaving negs without hesitation.

The messed up part is this guy could easily create new accounts and just blast your accounts with negs. Yea you will be able to get some removed or revised, but there will eventually be some that stick. I'm sure you know even a couple negs can seriously mess up the account, especially ones with lower feedback.

If you are selling digital items and they leave a neg, just report to eGay they left neg before you shipped.

You could always open a case with eGay and state that the statement was defamatory, him calling you a crook and it causing you to lose business. Always stick to facts and don't accuse or talk negatively when speaking with support. Request for a removal.

Or when speaking with someone who left you a neg, don't ever talk bad, threaten, or say negative things through eGay messages, they are usually less likely to revise it. Use the e-mail if you want to say something bad. You don't want to be reported all that stuff is recorded.

People also tend to use the same info with multiple accounts. Use the e-mail or other info like name, address to the big G. Maybe you can find a FB page or other personal info. See if you can "persuade" them to revise it. Through e-mail of course.

I would say call eBay (wouldn't be able to resolve it without a call).

I had similar issue. Some sick buyers are there only to hurt others.
