negative feedback....How do we prevent it?
i have account in ebay and i sell many items cheap items from china,
good proudects but i have Rarely problem with buyer that get wrong items,
i have now guy that have 3 feedbacks in ebay - new buyer, he give me negative feedback ,
Because he says he received something else, and a mistake could happen, but we give a full refund immediately or send a new product.
Is it legal buyer given negative feedback without sending a message before?
This is acceptable on eBay?
i don't understand what going on in ebay, All buyers are pleased with our products, and rarely reaches problematic buyer who knows nothing about eBay, and does not understand the meaning of negative feedback.
If anybody has any idea how to solve the problem or minimize it I would be happy to get answers.

i will call him and send him items again or full refound and solve this ...and try to revise this negative feedback,
but i can to do this only 3 or 5 in one year.
i ask another thing, if it legal that buyer (new buyer) get negative feedback before he send message and try to solve this in ebay,
i here that in the new rules in ebay 2011 buyer must to send message before he open dispiute or case in ebay, i don't know if it also before he give negative feedback?!?
please answer on this ask please if you know or Someone else.

Not a right lot you can do about it, just get more positives to wipe him off the page and up your percentages.

Once I ship I ALWAYS send the customer an email letting them know it's on the way, and to make sure they email me if they have any problems (before leaving a negative). Worked so far.

1. Followup on any negative feedback, customers are able to retract.
2. Offer a partial refund for any not as described iem.
