If you need a bank account, there are cool cards you can get at gas stations from "nFinanSe". They're like $3 and it's actually a prepaid debit card, so once you set it up, you get a bank account & routing #.

just spend the paypal balance on something with intrinsic value, like gold or silver...then sell the gold or silver on gumtree.

You'd lose a lot less money than 200 dollars, hell you might even make a little bit.

That's exactly what that is.. You can register that card to Randy Marsh if you want to and get yourself a bank account and routing #. It's like the Boost Mobile of credit cards.

You can link it to your PayPal, withdrawal the money to it and pull it out at any ATM. (Of course it's free if you pull it out at a cashier, at an ATM, you will be subject to that machine's fees.)

Nevermind, I misread your thread, I figured you were limited 180 days, and needed an alternative way to withdraw your funds. I hate to say this, but you're going to have to wait and see what happens.

How do you get the account number and routing number? Does the company give it to you? They don't require a ssn?

what the paypal country? there are so many guy who are provide VCC VBA,as well as you have find same people who can fix the biling proof,either they want know are u civilian in that country !

I respectfully disagree here.... There is a line between stealing ppl time and stealing their money...

i.e Ppl choose to spend time to fill your CPA offer even for a fake content.

If it's limited, he can't use the funds. I suggest waiting for the 180 period (this period is only to keep the money in the account so if any buyers request a refund, the funds are still available). Then after you are UN-limited, just link a bank account and get out of there ASAP. Obviously, at that point, PP will not let you do anymore transactions on that account.
