How many times seller can to revise negative feedback if the buyer Agree to change the negative feedback?

Is there a limit on a certain number of feedbacks can be changed in a year?

not that I know of. its simply a matter of getting the buyer to be willing to do so.

however, feedback cannot be adjusted after (i believe) 60 days

You're only allowed to request 3 feedback revisions every year. If you aren't sure if they will revise, make sure you know first, otherwise you waste one of the attempts.

There is a method to have bad feedback removed legally, I have done it but it takes a while.

You are allowed to send 5 feedback revision requests for every 1000 FEEDBACK received (Not transactions) but you have to make sure the buyer is actually willing to change the feedback from Negative to Positive. Negative to Neutral is a waste of time unless you are doing this for a change in your percentage and not your seller rating, as eBay considers a neutral rating the same as a negative rating. If you aren't sure and the buyer never responds to the request, it's used up.

yeah its a percentage of your total like said above, i didn't realise it was as low as 1 per 1000.

Best bet is just to really state clearly to get in touch before leaving feedback, then try sort it out with the buyers.

You're allowed a certain set amount per 1k feedbacks but it all boils down to your charisma- if you can convince the buyer to take back his/her negative comments then you're good. Just apologize perfusely and offer something supplemental to make up for your mistake. This is almost always enough to make people lighten up and take back their negative feedback.

i want to understand somthing, if now i have in ebay 4 feedback that i change to positive, and i see that 3 of them changed last year + ,

so after 1 mounth It is reset as feedback that can be changed to 5 again?

Or just after 1000 feedbacks can be changed for another 5?

Don't forget that you can leave your own comment on negative feedbacks, basically dismissing the negative person. Just make them look petty, point out that you've tried to resolve things and how no one else has a problem with you.

i know that i can to reply to the negative feedback but my question is :

if i revise in last year 5 negative feedback and change them to positive, after 1 year i get more 5 revesation to negative feedbacks???

or only after 1000 positive feedback i get more option for 5 revesation of feedbacks to change?

I'm pretty sure that it's a year after every feedback. If you revise one every three months, then one should come off every three months. That's my understanding, anyways.

This leaves a big hole in eBay for abuse what's the PRICE for your reputation, for example a buyer buys a product from you for $10 then leaves the worst feedback possible. You contact them of course to ask what the problem is and they say "Nothing but refund my money and I will change the feedback to positive" I suppose the questions should be...

Ebay's feedback system is B*S*. They need to revise and sort it out. I had one giu "accidently" put a negative feedback..how he managed that I'll never know. He told me he would change it..of course never did.
