I Don't understand what paypal do?!?

I don't quiet understand your question but.. they mean the bank of the buyer sent a request to PP to take these money back (reversal) And now PP has put your funds on hold - u cant send, receive or withdraw money, until they investigate the problem. They can ask you questions about the transaction.

your buyer made a dispute or charge back at his bank to take the money he sent you back to his account for some reason. you should contact that person and ask what that is about.

If a buyer go to the bank instead of using paypal dispute, the chances of op getting his money back is slim.

Last year, out of over 1,000 sales, I had one chargeback through Paypal. I wasn't at fault though, so I still received my money and wasn't charged for the chargeback. Some people are weird and want to get money back, even though they got their product. (Which he did, and it was authentic and fresh). I was a bit boggled at first, but that happens as a seller.

he do this after 5 days, we ship this item to buyer and paypal got my money now on hold, what i do wrong i don't understand....
I do not mind the money, that the product is cheap $ 5.99, but what would have happened if it was a product of $ 200.
I try to understand how the system works and how to avoid these situations?
