that sucks bro, i would say you probably need to purchase some items to get your feedback score up or figure out how to start another ebay account. I know it sucks, but guess what ebay REALLY sucks these days.
To me this is the best way to keep from ever getting neg feedback but even with this you are not guaranteed.
1. Always state everything in your auction, cover all bases, don't try to fudge on the description it WILL bite you.
2. If you get a question from buyer, asking if an item is fake, or asking if there are going to be problems. Think of it like this, with this buyer he is already EXPECTING problems, I never answer these questions and I block the buyer immediately. Sorry but if you are anticipating problems before you even purchase my items then I don't want your business.
3. Answer any and all emails as fast as possible. Never blame the customer. Accept responsiblity come up with a story or whatever but you want the buyer to have sympathy for you, not get more pissed off at you. I normally play the victim if there is a problem.
4. Offer 100% money back guarantee and honor it. If the customer is unhappy for any reason and you can't resolve it, offer to pay for return shipping, and refund cust and again be real quick with email responses.
This doesn't guarantee you won't get negative feedback but will minimize risk.
Ebay is a buyers market, the only way to minimize your chances of getting in trouble with ebay or paypal is to make sure you do everything you can to keep customers happy.

You can either work with the buyer and mutually remove the feedback or you can just move on, keep selling and move on.
You will continue to sell, no doubts. Even if it's your first feedback and you have a -1 rating. You'll still sell. lol, it's funny how that works.. it may take a little bit longer but once you get some positives you'll be good.
To get some positives, try selling stuff that you know will sell, something popular that you might have that you don't need anymore like a video game or something.

You responded while i was responding so I just saw this but that sucks man sounds like you need a new account or something, or go on ebay and buy just the cheapest things you can find maybe a .99 cent item with 2 dollars shipping but who knows how much you hvae to buy to get your feedback up.
You may need to look into getting another account. Peace.

Also, another thing I do is send a letter with all of my shipments telling them again that I guarantee their item their POSITIVE FEEDBACK is important to me, and i give 100% money back guarantee. This has had me getting more positives quicker than I ever have.
Once I started doing these things I am getting pos feedback many every day it used to be it took forever for me to see feedback but with fast shipping good communication and a letter to remind them in the package it has been working good so far. Peace.

how many feedbacks you have? I am selling on ebay and got around 550+ , and few days back some A$$h0Le left me the negative feedback. But he purchased wrong item and saying that we sent him wrong.
Because it's customer fault. I just replied with One line + Feedback Withdrawal Request.
"Dude you got what you have purchased. Remove the feedback by accepting feedback revision request. otherwise i am going to bring the Court Orders as i have spent days and nights to make it 100% and you are ruining my Hard-work" 
2 hrs and i am again 100%, LOL
If you are have done everything right and told everything in the listing. then use the law terms
Hopefully it helps
if not then negotiate with the customer and get your feedback revisied

If I accidentally ordered the wrong item from someone, not knowingly and I leave a neg feedback (He should have communicated with you first..but still) and received a message from the seller as the above... Court orders?
I would literally LOL, court orders? haha fuck you.. file my payal claim, get my money back, ship the item back and not mutually remove feedback.
