I've seen plenty of sellers that are selling replicas/bootlegs of anime figures and even clothings. I think it should be ok as long as you states that the following things you sell are fake in the beginning and not the genuine one? So it will fit the item description and you are not commiting anything wrong in Ebay law I suppose.
