Hello,

We wanted to let you know that we experienced an issue with ACRU tracking this month. An error was introduced recently during an upgrade in the way ACRU are tabulated. The issue affected stats from November 13th (when the upgrade rolled that caused the issue) to November 16th (when we put the fix in place). Note that you wouldn't have seen November 16th data until the following day (November 17th). This issue also affected all eBay programs (countries). It did not affect Half.com.

We were able to recover the data, and will be able to calculate the right number of ACRUs and the correct quality tiers for each account and therefore attribute the right earnings to each of you at the end of the month. The magnitude of the issue was in the order of 30-40% of your ACRUs for those days, but this may vary by publisher.

We will issue a makegood at the end of the month to be paid out with the rest of your November commissions in December. However, please note that we will not be able to update the actual reports in the interface with the correct ACRU numbers. Therefore the numbers that you see in your reports for ACRUs this month will be missing those 4 days worth of data. This will affect all reports, including your campaign quality report. Despite the missing numbers, the campaign quality report should still be a directional indicator of the quality of your traffic at a campaign level.

To see the amount of your make good bonus, follow these steps. First, login to your ePN account. Then click on the Account Tab in the upper left of your screen. Next, click on the Payment History link to see your payment history details. Here you will see your past successful payments as well as a pending payment amount. If you click the pending payment amount you can see a breakdown of your Earnings for the month as well as the makegood Bonus amount. PLEASE NOTE that the bonus won't be updated in the interface until late December.

How do you know? I mean, just because they tell you it has only to do with ACRU you are supposed to believe them?

I have been monitoring this on the ePN forums and true to form, ePN did not announce this tracking error until after the affiliates began posting messages. They have done this countless times before, so I wonder how many millions of dollars has slipped through the fingers of affiliate because either nobody noticed or the errors were so small they went unnoticed by everyone.

ePN has never made a single commission cycle without some kind of reporting errors. They release code and install patches without testing them first, or they don't know how to test... or more likely, they don;t give a rat fuck whether affiliates lose money.

For 6 whole months I was 100% whitehat with them and then I got sick of them pissing on my head and telling me it was raining. Now, I will screw them at every opportunity.

I agree with you frogman. I hate epn just as much as the next guy, but I was just reading the email and seeing as how it only talked about ACRU's. I do know I made money every day of the month thru them that month....now if they shaved off some or forgot to add some earnings to that total I will never know, but I do know there werent 4 straight days where I made $0. so who knows. I do know I dont trust epn at all either. Im totally with you on this one.

Oh, they're definitely shaving everybody's asses. Been doing it for a long time now.

Guys for 2 day i got very good targeted click but there was no conversion. Can i know this is due to ACRU error? Are everybody can able to see the conversion for last two days.
