I have always wanted to know the methods used to make vba/vcc. I will use this as a buisness skill and sell them online. Plz if anyone knows how to do this dont hesitate to reply, money isnt an object. Also this needs to be a method a person from USA can learn...p.s. dont suggest entropay plz.:cool:

There's an ebook by the name of eb@y stealth that covers info on setting up a new eb@y account, and also cover p@ypal as well I think.

I think the creator is a member here, aspkin or something like that.
 
I bought the e-book on how to make stealth ebay and paypal accounts from aspkin. Just google it to find it.

EXACTLY! i already have ebay stealth from aspkin, but i want to know how to make stealth vcc/vba not stealth paypals...which i can already do...

REAL VCCS are created by individuals that live and or Bank In India. Dont believe me? Ask anyone that provides REAL VCCS, untraceable because they originate in india. Jurisdiction conflict. So if u want to make a REAL VCC move to India, or get a bank account there. Thats all I know on this subject. Hope I helped.
 
you have got to be freaking kidding me...i cant get an account in india...i wonder if i can become a reseller...there must be some way to make them in the us, i know of people who do so themselves...
 
Am from India but don't know about this, if anyone can give me how it can be done then I can avail you guys bunch of them in low price :D

I am from India and I make vcc , usually it's a service given by banks to use for online buying purpose. Revealing you Credit card details all over internet is not safe so bank give service like that so that your money is safe as you can use vcc only once .

I know people have mentioned greendot, but a person has to provide a ssn to set up an account, right?

All u need is a method to vcc/vba that is already on file
