How long will it take for Paypal/Ebay to stop holding payment after..

I sold a pair of Nike Shox on Ebay, got $105 but all of it is held on my Paypal account so I can't touch it. I need the money to send it to my supplier so they can take over and ship the shoes. I can't wait 21 days because the buyer may dispute. I marked the item as shipped, gave him feedback, he gave me positive feedback as well.. Do you think that may change anything? Thanks.

Once he gives you the positive feedback, you automatically are given the money and are free to use it, can however revise feedback, but I doubt he will do that, and once the money is freed he would then have to dispute it, its not like it gets automatically locked once again. I had like 15 rep before the ban hit me, and I was able to sell without limitations at all, best of luck to ya.
 
He gave me positive feedback a few hours ago, and the money still says "Pending" in my paypal account.
 
He already gave you positive feedback before getting the item? If so the money should be able to be used then. It's either 21 days or until the positive feedback as mentioned above.

Edit: I see, well not sure how long then.
 
if you put tracking on it and it has confirmed delivery, just call paypal and let them know and they will release the funds to you. Without any question
 
He gave me the positive feedback a few hours after the payment was received in my paypal account. I can't put a tracking number on it because I'm not personally shipping the shoes, I need the money unheld so I can send a portion of it to my Supplier and then they send the shoes.
 
I can tell you now... they way your doing business on ebay (i run 4 stealth accounts) this method will not last at all. You will have a short run in the ebay game
 
Why won't it last? Once that holding thing is lifted off my account for good, it will be smooth sailing. I just sell Nike Shox, nothing else.
 
you will run across buyers that are
1. to out right screw you.
2. you should also have the funds to pay for the product first.

Buyers on ebay (most of them) expect there packages to magically appear on their front porch you will learn this very soon. If you get an angry buyer and they dispute ebay almost always favors the buyer. As a seller you are screwed from the beginning.
 
If the buyer disputed with me, I'd easily just refund him the money. I don't want to deal with people like that. I just read on Paypal that once a buyer sends positive feedback the money will be available, like I stated earlier, it's not. So, I emailed paypal and asked them whatsup.. Maybe it's just a delay or something. But yeah, I understand what you're getting at.
 
I've dealt with ebay and paypal for 5 years.

eBay is probably gonna screw u over with fees and paypal will limit you even you tried something legit.

To answer your question, paypal will remove limit after 2-3 months. The fastest i got was 2 months and the latest was 3 months. Just make sure you ship on time, receive positive feedback, and keep in good standing (so away from high risk replica)
 
The fee's on ebay are absolutely retarded, cost me like $10 once I sold an item.. screw feeBay, I want freeBay back. Also, they took the hold off the money, I just contacted paypal and within like 20 minutes I got a response.
 
Things could have changed but PayPal used to do this until you receive 100 feedbacks. If you don't ship items promptly then buyers are going to rape you on feedback.
 
I've sold a total of 3 pairs of shoes today. 2 in which I have already had shipped, both to Brazil. I have received positive feedback for one, and I have told the other buyers I need positive feedback first in order to ship the shoes because paypal puts a hold on the money. If they want their shoes quick and easy, thats what they have to do, it's not a big deal to positive feedback someone, takes two seconds.
 
From what I did, you are either provide paypal with tracking number and take the screenshot of the positive feedback. in this case,easier for you. just call paypal and let them now about this. they will ask you to take a screenshot of the buyer feedback. only then paypal will release your funds.
 
Weird, usually it's released before the 21 days as soon as they leave you feedback
