I recently made a post on a thread that was abandoned by the OP and got a pretty big response. I didn't know BHW was interested in this type of stuff

I have been selling cigarettes (Central European Made & Swiss Made) for quite a while now. I have a large client base in NY,NJ,CT, & PA. I do NOT smoke, so I don't know if the quality of these things are the same or not. All I know is that I've never received a complaint and 90% of buyers become regulars and order a few cartons per week.

I do not know of the legal issues with these things if you're selling from a store. Though I'm pretty sure there has to be some type of law for it, since it's tax free So do your due diligence before anything.

You want people from NYC to go to NC just to buy cigarettes?
They cost about 12$ a pack here brother. Prices are good.

As for the legal issues, you wouldn't be here if you didn't already know that.
Its obvious if you are going to sell these from a grocery store, you'd get a pretty hefty fine for not paying taxes on these and who knows what other laws they have..

Just so people know, this is legal to buy if you're buying for personal use. BUT DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON RESELLING.

This is a REALLY BIG fine. I work at a smoke shop we get checkups every year on our cigarettes (we're in Cali). The State Board of Equalization has a device that checks a stamp on each pack of cigarettes to see if tax was paid for it or not and if it is legit. Cigarette Tax Stamp fraud is a billion dollar industry that they're trying hard to crack down on by making a new kind of stamp that uses QR code technology.

Just food for thought. OP you can make really good money if you just sold to personal buyers. I have alot of people that come to the shop I work and tell me about how they go to Indian reservations and buy a carton for like $20 just because they can't tax those reservations so cigarettes are way cheaper.
