Aw snap, didn't know you were not based in the States. Though I think there may still be an option with them, have a look at this:

Though that said, have you considered these options?
- paypal, as already suggested; personally I dislike them but they do operate internationally
- goog checkout - again, a "trusted" name that some have reason to dislike, but hey they aren't paypal
- roll your own based on an open source cart; here you would lose some of the trust factor of a "big name" like authorize or goog, but there are at least two OSS cart systems that have been around for quite awhile that might meet your needs
- plimus - worked with them as well and personally had more user-friendly experiences than, say, e-junkie; decent name, some issues with timeliness of processing transactions but from what I've seen that's in large part due to their anti-fraud mechanisms; they're pretty well-known internationally
- digital river - big name that handles merchant accounts internationally; kaspersky for example uses them
