If you plan on buying from this guy I would be very careful or honestly avoid him at all costs. I tried doing business with him and 1) his prices are around 15-20% higher than most leading me to believe he is pretty far down on the middleman totem pole, 2) Explicitly told me the invoice on Paypal would be as goods and sent it as services and 3) Dodges certain questions and just seems suspicious all around.
