What is the best way to stay safe with selling replicas, and infringement type products?
I am starting to venture into the market of drop shipping, and selling products. The product I want to sell is a DVD box set that is obviously illegal.
What is the best way to stay under the radar. I have read threads that say that you should use offshore hosting, and offshore merchant services ect. Can anyone elaborate?
Thanks in advance!

there was a thread on here talking about selling dvd sets in your local area. that might work better since you can test out the dvds as well as just say you bought them off ebay etc.
sell enough and you could get in trouble.

Thanks for being informative! Honestly, what is the point of you even posting in here? If you are going to post retarded shit, go somewhere else.

Sorry if i have wasted your thread but please be kind.
It's not "retarded shit" but my honest opinion. It's safer sell cannabis than fake dvds. You could sell tons but should think to have a good lawyer ready for you.

Personally i think dvd's are pretty easy to pulll off at the moment, think about it, you aren't the only one doing it.How often do you heAr abour it?.They're just not interested/don't have the resources. I reckon 5 or so more years "the man" will be onto it heavy. At the moment, let rip.

Haha. That all depends on what country you are selling weed in.
But honestly, that is all you had to say.

Re: What is the best way to stay safe with selling replicas, and infringement type product
I got busted for doing it and almost lost 10k....
Becareful with suppliers. They send defect DVD's and most dont work in certain DVD Players..
Also make sure you choose a supplier who takes Paypal no western union.
I was going to send off 10k to my dvd supplier company but I decided to check the website to order more and guess what POOF. They were very popular and had tons of repeat customers. So I know they probably made out with a half milllion easily from stea;ling customers money. Most prepaid up 5k at a time.
Im thinking about getting back into it. If you want to JV team up on this and full scale this for a year or so PM me. I had my website doing this for almost 2 years

Had a good run with DVD's.... until one day my phukin site got shut down.. i called my hosting they told me to check my email, i checked my email and it was from Warner Bros, many complained about my fake DVD's (realy i had no clue they were fake).... so I too kit off my site and my site was live in 3 hours time.... it was a copyright infringement... i did call Warner Bros and they told me "We are not interested in suing you, we just want to tell you and maybe you dont know, that the product you are selling is counterfeit. they were really nice on the phone, i made about 60K from it in a about 5 months, it was a good run, then i decided to stop, for crying out loud, i could not sleep at night once i know they were counterfeit.... so be it..... you steal, its dirty money, it will haunt you!!!!

Re: What is the best way to stay safe with selling replicas, and infringement type product
I'm extremely interested in this general topic. Sorry I don't have much to add but, the whole "replica" issue is so hush hush I can't find any good info. I want to sell replica make-up and fashion (Ugg boots, designer jeans etc.) on eBay and there are a LOT of people saying "NO WAY--YOU'LL GO TO JAIL...BLAH BLAH BLAH...) BUT eBay is full of people selling the same items. According to the eBay rules, it's absolutely forbidden to sell any kind of replica at all but without replicas there would BE NO eBAY!!!
What are the rules are exactly. I'm sure you can't use the word "authentic" but, I'm not sure about things like "Ugg style"...if anyone has any TESTED advice, please share and I'll give you some "thanks" props!!!

The best way to stay safe is...
To not sell illegal/counterfiet products that will land you fines and possibly in jail.

Re: What is the best way to stay safe with selling replicas, and infringement type product
Hi I can supply many different types of fakes. And at very low prices I am based in the Philippines and can send directly to you or dropship as required. The types of products I can source are replica watches 3 quality A AA AAA all brands and exact replicas of Rolex Cartier Omega etc etc PM me for further details. Viagra Cialis Kamagra Gel & herbal substitutes. Clothing accessories replica top brands. DVDs most anything you want at great prices & often movies before released to cinema. Electronic Goods IPods, DVD players etc etc. I promise great prices & I will also sell samples so you can see the quality & I will also take PayPal from verified accounts. I will also offer a 30 day money back guarantee. I am an Australian who now lives in Asia & I travel monthly to Thailand & China. Let me know what you need & if I do not have it I will source it. I have for many years before moving here funded my travels by selling these products in Australia & New Zealand through flea markets etc etc. If I can assist in any way just PM me. In most cases it is very difficult to tell what is fake & what is real, but I never represented ever these as the genuine product. Many of the big brands have their products produced in Asia at cheap cost & sell at incredible markups, many of the products I can source come from the same factories producing the goods under license for the trademark holders so it actually is the same product. They often run their production lines during the day for the genuine company then run an extra production line to provide the same goods for their own distribution channels.

Re: What is the best way to stay safe with selling replicas, and infringement type product
On replicas
I think the the weakest link in the chain is getting physical possession of the goods in your hands. It seems that you are bound to get a couple of packages seized. You will need to constantly be setting up new drop spots under different names to receive the goods etc. I think once you have the goods in hand, you are home free as you can do everything anonymously i.e. ebay/webhosting/merch acct/bank account without ever giving out your real name and identity if you have the right connections like I have.
Even if "you" were to get caught, you would have several layers of protection, which would leave authorities baffled.
