I wouldn't even pay the registration fee for that one. First of all .asia domains aren't very popular or valuable because for example .cn and .in have dozens of times more domain registrations and it just never got popular. Just like .eu, the idea is good but no one's interested.

On top of that the keyword "iphone 5 store" only gets 91 exact searches globally per month. Even "iphone 4 store" gets only 590 searches so you would be better off putting your money on a domain that actually has some value :)

Domain name containing the Brand Name is not Good Man !!
 
reg fee, no more, unless there is an infringement involved (thinking about iphone5 here).
It's not in the domain, it's in the marketing...
