Dialup Access From outside the US

I am looking for a solution to allow someone from outside the US to dial-up Netzero (For example) Access phone Numbers and connect to the internet as if he was located in the US and connected to the Internet through dialup . Is it possible ?

Yea but long distance charges are a bitch i believe.

Is it the only way ? So the person would fork the $ for the rate + have the sluggishness of Dialup worsen by the fact that he's calling from oversees. Getting like 10K/s or something. ouch

There's no way to remote connect to a VPN in the US that has a regular Dialer which can access the dialup Access number which would act as regular dialup connection ?

If you are looking for a u.s ip from another country try remote*dsl.com you can control it using logmein.com

Get your own proxy? Unless you had some kind of unlimited deal where you could call the US as much as you wanted each month...
