Well, I posted 250 ads in craigs--yep, you got it right, LOL--and I got 158 calls 140 Uniques, $0 sales....Not good...

I did call the number and the introduction they give sounds SO corny. They tell you if you're a new member to press 2 to get started. However, if you still stay on the line they'll tell you the girls range from .69 to $1-something a minute. I think maybe they hear that and just hang up.

I've worked with CL for awhile and what I've noticed is that these guys need to be hand held to do things. If you just tell them what to do, they won't do it. Just like Plouyd says, maybe if someone gets on there and finds maybe like an extension number or something we can tell them "Call that number, then press 538" it will most likely work. The more details you give these things, the more likely they'll do it.

I have tried this with a different site no dice and that is when crago 1st came out.

Then I tried the live cam w/ pre-recoreded clips a good bit of work trying to lead them down the prime rose path. You really have to hold their hand and then give them a push start.

I will do a bit more research on this affilate and give you any reportings that work for me or simply faild attempts so, not to follow down the wrong road.

So far this isn't encouraging..... you probably have to get a boatload of calls to make any money at all. If you seriously post 250 ads and made no money it seems pretty futile. By the way, how did you post 250 ads and get them to stick? That's the real question.

Some are going to get flag, but I think he posted in many cities. Like the guy that posted this thread said 1 out of 10 or 2 out of 10 is going to get flagged.

So I am guessing 2 - 5 of those got flagged and the rest was cool.

Yea, right when you post like 25% are going to be immediately flagged. I know some got ghosted because I didn't make enough ad copy--I just threw the shit together. Probably 100 were left after everything was said and done.

Like Eurokind says, you HAVE to hand hold these losers to the path. The more we research into this phone shit, the better we can say, "Call the number, then press xxx and say my name Blair" or whatever. This will work alot better because I think these guys are just calling the number...hear they have to press 2 and to sign up, then they hear the prices. This probably makes them shocked and so leave. But, if we tell them to do this, that, and the other; believe it or not alot of them will without even hearing all the shit.

Phone sex IS big money but we just need to find a way to exploit it. I suggest finding a newspaper in your area and see if they post Personals in it. That's what I'm about to do right now.

I have had the same results as everybody else. I have only posted a few post and I was able to get all of them to stick without a problem however I was not able to get these guys to convert. I have had several calls for the amount of posts i have done but no converstion. Which sucks i thought this method would really be the next big thing. I guess we still need to work out the bugs in our marketing technique. Ill keep reporting I have a few other good ideas.

Continued trying this with CL and other sites but no conversions.

I consider this technique "not working" hehe.

I know the webmaster has to earn at least $200 also before you get paid...

i think the only way this is gonna work is with offline promotion.
