Hi, I got my payment check as usual from Blam and it bounced! My bank returned the check as "Not Sufficient Funds" I have never in all the time I have been in IM had a check bounce. I contacted my AM who said I had to contact their accounting department. So I have given them more than a week to reply and they didnt so I have posted here to warn the rest of you. They have now sent me my next months check but I am reluctant to pay it in as I was hit with $30 of charges for the last one bouncing. Do not trust them

Their accounting never reply. I don't promote with them anymore after the 1 month payment delays :)

I dont mind a delayed payment....but one returned from the bank is an unsult!!

It means their accounts are empty.......Go and file a lawsuit against them. I have a strong belief that you will win

WOW to this thread
and
WOW to this post

I want to hire an SEO freelancer through this forum and hence I created a thread in "hire a freelancer" section... but now the system says that I need to have atleast 15 posts before I can reply to any of the PMs received so I am just replying to 15 random threads.. please ignore my message since I am sure this would be of no use of you! :-) Thanks for your support and I am sorry if this caused any inconvenience to you!

Hi,

I don't know who or what Blam Ads is, but there could be a legitimate reason to get a check bounce - it has happened two times with me (I was receiving checks for more than 10 years from adult companies). I remember the 1st time, the company was moving banks, so their check bounced, can't remember what was the case with the 2nd program, but I got the checks re-issued both times.

This happened when I was living abroad so the fine from the bank was about $10, but where I live now, you pay a lot more for bounced check, I think it's around $50 fine; cashing the check here also costs about $20...

Anyway, try contacting them and see what they have to say; of course, they could be going under, you never know

Pretty sure the owner is on BHW to confirm or deny?

There are legitimate reasons for a cheque to bounce but insufficient funds is not one of them. In my experience a bank only starts hoping cheques for a company when they have tried to resolve the issues first as they now that in business this can be terminal.

worst network ever! stay away from them! super delayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyed payments!!!!!
And the point in this suuuuuuuuuper looooooooooong post was?

Anyways, Eagle Web Assets (the company behind BlamAds and EWA Private Network) is getting a worse reputation month by month, and they are known for not paying, as you may see in all the threads around here and other forums. I would suggest you to stick with another CPA network, but check their reputation around here first, to see if they pay on time ;)

This is Ryan Eagle (the owner) and we released this notice to publishers earlier, feel free to contact us to get issued a new check to resolve this issue. I apologize, but we had to close the bank accounts due to this, I will re-post the message to everyone via email so they can be re-reminded:
ATTENTION: We are in the process of migrating bank accounts due to some fraud attempts. If you have any uncashed checks from BLAM Ads it's important that you get in contact with our accounting ticket system. Due to the attempted fraud, our bank for security measures has placed a lock on the account so checks cannot get cashed. In the next couple days the old bank account will be completely closed so it's important that you reach out to our accounting team. Thank you for your patience in this manner!

It's part of Eagle Web Assets. Search the forum and you'll see tons of similar threads.

will EWA take responsibility to absorb the costs of charge back fees from their publisher's bank?

If that is true why wasnt Dan aware of this and why did I send 2 emails to accounting and never get a reply. I waited more than a week before posting this here to give you a chance to clear it up first.
