Where can i find people to signup for CC Leads if i pay them?

Like i have the offers that require $1.95 charge on CC and require them to hold the offer until the 14th day and then cancel.

I would be willing to pay them $10. So they make a nice profit.

Where is a good place to find these kind of people to signup?

Sounds like DP is the place you're looking for - these types of offers are always popular on there.

A word of caution, though - if you are ONLY supplying poor quality, purchased leads to your advertisers, and they are all cancelling on day 14, it won't be long before you are banned from the offer, or from the network entirely. You'll need to mix it up with some actual high quality, real leads.

Yeah, not to mention that it's obviously totally against their terms, and they'll have you banned within a week.
