Where Can I Find Places to Pay for Leads

I was just wondering, where do people go to find people to pay for leads or whatever? Just wondering... any forums?

Well this depends for what market, and location you can offer leads ....

and if you want to be lazy, you could always sell your leads to companies such as

I was actually referring to CPA Leads (people who do offers for money or gifts.) I wasn't planning to use them but instead was trying to do some research on the "blackhat" family tree. I know its still used today but apparently so some say, its what started blackhat a bit.

BabyBoy06, I have not the slightest clue what you are asking? However, your definition of a CPA Lead is totally wrong! Here the BHW's definition of CPA:
