When an offer allows email promotion, Who exactly can/can't you send them to?

You cant spam random people. So google searching a random list of 10million emails is unadvisable and illegal. Plus its a waste of time if its not targetting.

There isa good 80% chance that your email is harvested as a xbox email. So when they want to sell xbox products they choose your email. Since you Opted In for xbox newletters. Just read the small fine print when you signup for anything.

Plus optin is more targetting since they originally signuped for a product

if you post a banner then thats fine. Since its thier problem they clicked the ad in the first place. but in my experince if im on a site why click on a ad?
