It looks decent, but your english and spelling could use some work. The second page has a call to action that isn't very clear or concise. You also don't want to link directly to the offer landing page without a double meta (look it up) unless it's incentivizable.

Use either a button or text link to the offer...not a banner.

Good question I've never run this campaign with adwords, seo techniques, it's not work presently but it's in progress. I make a new version with your suggestions, better landing page and more professionnal layer and look. If anyone want to help me to make money with this please PM me and we can split profits. I search seo and cpa blackhatter for optimization of the conversion rates.
