I'm new to this forum and I read about "Hardsoft's Email/Zip Submit Method" and other email submits.

I want to start with a simple nude poll but I have some starting problems.

How should a email/zip page look like? I mean not the landing page, I mean where they enter their email/zip. Should it be related to the landing page and if so how can I find an offer for that?

Can you show me some example pages and tell me which cpa provider you choose for that? I have really problems to find the right cpa provider and the right offer for a simple email/zip.

I signed up with wegcash but I could not find a suitable cpa offer - where the user simply has to enter email+zip.

Sorry, I might sound a bit stupid but I'm just starting. Looked up the forum and searched and tried to find some examples but with no success.

Check out the CPA section, which is where I'm moving this thread now.

They enter their email or zip in the cpa offer, that is, the merchant's webpage.

If you are not familiar with how CPA offer and landing page work, you can download and watch this video tutorial.
