Hi I wanted to start a thread informing others who want to do the dating niche which advertisers to STAY AWAY FROM.
Since I made this thread I will go first!

ASHLEY MADISON.....the company does not pay on good leads no matter what. They extend for 30-45 days then they reverse usually 100% of leads!


who is next?.......

Their commission is really unbelievably high. And they're getting a lot of p.r. on radio and such. Surprises me that these guys aren't paying their affiliates. Are CJ working on your behalf with this problem to help you sort it out?

I think they have fallen out and got divorced.

Most dating sites you can just work with directly as an affiliate. Ive found this to be better then going through CJ.

if you were providing low quality leads of course they reversed all your leads. If you were providing great quality traffic then literally every dating advertiser will not only fully pay you but come begging for more traffic!

I have been payed through cj using the ashley madison program, however if you go to there site and use them directly you will get more money for your leads.

I promoted ashley madison program but i went in loss. because it is not good converting offer too many terms as gender, age And i think this program cheats in tracking.

The market for this is too specific. I don't know from personal experience but just guessing.

The audience that makes up AshleyMadison are males, between ages 45-54, and have children. (taken from Alexa.com)

Males: Typically don't like to spend money. Added with children, usually have a mortgage and such to pay off.

Ages 45-54: Typically don't know much about a computer. Lives in the old days and with all the "identity theft" going around, doesn't trust the security of the internet.


That, my friends, could be the reason why AM isn't converting that well. Of many possible.

The best to go after is females, age 25-40, as they are the ones that trust the internet, and are willing to use their credit cards to buy big ticket items.

I promote Ashley Madison and it does convert but they do skim on leads - I know for a fact that sign of my leads became paying members and AM did not pay out.

Your right Stay away From CJ as much as possible I had big problems with pay outs.

I am owed about $700 from various dating sites that have left CJ....

Never paid me, and alot of other people...

Meetic dating offers pay well and on time...the rest are dodgy to say the least.
