I got accepted by CJ and I applied for this one advertiser but I got rejected.
I think i got rejected because i have not provided any of my websites.
If i make a website that is targeted to the advertise's product and apply again, do you think they will accept me? D:

It would probably help. Contacting the advertiser before applying can help you too.
Remember that there are some advertisers that only want certain types of affiliates.
In these situations there is little you can do. Just move on to the next one.

Some advertisers will reject automatically no matter what and I've had to contact the affiliate manager to get them to approve me manually. Having a relevant site helps of course, but it's no guarantee and you might be approved even without a site. Make sure you read the advertisers TOS if you're doing promoting via email, forums, chat, whatever to make sure they're ok with it. Some are, some aren't.

This is common, especially if you just signed up for CJ. Some advertisers set their accounts to auto-reject you if they don't see any activity on your account or see that you haven't been earning commissions. They want affiliates with proven track records. I believe it is 90 days before you can re-apply to the same advertiser, unless you can get in touch with their actual affiliate department and convince them to override and approve you.
I recommend taking these steps to ensure acceptance:
- Get approved for some very easy merchants that approve everyone, and make some commissions on their offers. IE: hostgator, godaddy, groupon
- Make sure your site is as relevant to the advertiser as possible, and make sure to enter your site info prior to applying
- Try searching for the affiliate program information outside of CJ to get some insight into the likelyhood you'll be approved by the merchant
Another 'workaround' is one of my secret weapons. It allows me to get autoapproved for about 13,000 different affiliate programs. I don't want to post here but if you want to know PM me. It's basically an affiliate aggregator that allows you to be an agent for them. As long as you're not blackhatting this method will work.

It also depends on the country you are from for CJ. If the particular offer targeted at the USA market then you will get rejected automatically. Your best option is to contact the affiliate programs department for that offer directly.

Re: Got accepted by CJ! One question
Merchants want to know that their affiliate links and banners are not going to show up on some spammy site. They want to appear on high quality relevant sites. So if you make a site to match this, and then email them personally, you should get a better response.
