Content inside the link can't be changed

Hi,

just read the cj terms and i saw a line where it says that says the folowing (and i quote the exact phrase)

Your use of the Link signifies Your agreement to refrain from copying or modifying any icons, buttons, banners, graphics files or content contained in the Link, including but not limited to refraining from removing or altering any copyright or trademark notices.

wondering if this means i can't change the anchor link from 'click here to get discount ' to 'Discount here'

in other words, if their link looks like this
<a href="#">click here to get discount</a>

would i be allowed to change it to
<a href="#">Discount here</a>

?

speak with your account manager and ask him same question, it is his job to support you

You should be fine to change the text of the link as you see fit. I've never had a problem with this and in fact the deplink generator tool in the UK allows you to create deeplinks for any of their merchants with whatever text you choose.
