cj reply time and what if..?
I got a mail from cj asking me about traffic source... they said i had 5 days to reply (the usual email they send out). I replied on time. Then I got another email from them with another question, this time it came from a 'no-response' email, and sure enough, I can't send a reply back to it. I did see though at the top of the email, that if they don't hear back from me in 72 hours they will assume that the issue has been resolved. It also says that to reply to the email, it has to be done through the cj account. When I go to where to reply in the cj account the status says 'waiting'. But my question is, if I don't reply back, does the issue change to 'solved' after 72 hours? In other words, not answer the question and it goes forgotten... and just carry on as usual. There doesn't seem to be a deadline time for me to reply to their 2nd question.
