Hello Everyone,

I am unable to understand that why my cj account shows zero earning since last 1 year.

Performance report shows 3,690 clicks in last 30 days but 0.00 earning, is this possible?

My Account shows "Please edit your tax information to be eligible for payment." at "Tax Information" panel. I din't give my tax information, is this a reason?

Please guide.

No this wouldn't be a reason. Have you tried putting through a test transaction yourself and checking the cookie drops etc. using http watch?

If that still doesn't track then you know something is wrong!

It's "possible," but I would definitely contact CJ or maybe have someone test it for you. With that number of clicks but no orders it seems like something may be wrong.

Are you on a CPC payment plan. I don't recall CJ offering CPC but more of a sale based commission rate. Are you an advertiser or publisher?

The other alternative is that you are earning from merchants who batch their transactions.

What is/how long does it take for them to batch transactions? I tried contacting there support and the answer was neither here or there.

If the impressions show in CJ stats the code tracking must be right yes?


I just started with someone again and 3000 impressions later still zero stats

I have had 5 and a half thousand impressions since couple days I joined 2 companies for these companies

So a couple of people are quite interested to browse.

Is it a bit strange still zero dollars?

I agree, Im running sure thing and zero leads but its only been 5 days since the start of this campaign (so far 600clicks/50%ctr). I emailed the advertiser directly to see if processing leads takes longer than sales....

We can clearly see our stats for clicks/ctr/epc/cnv but does this mean it takes another week or two for advertisers to follow threw with that sale/lead???

I dont know but I DO know ever since I tried making money with CJ and thats couple years now, and merchants I made nothing at all and I have done unique stuff to try get money not illegal either. So I left CJ a while and started again few weeks ago but same old thing zero stats and I have really done stuff like post on file upload sites to my Squidoo sales pages.

Update on my current campaign: response from a cj advertiser in regards to a my lead campaign..... In order for my 700+ leads that DID go through they have to be approved by a "Premium" lead. WTF.. This advertiser states nothing in their terms to this. Basically,, the advertiser is offering high commission for leads...but they dont exist!

After reading so much about cj, skumarinboit issue, and a ton of other complaints, I'll be done with CJ after this week. I read every single word in the "small print" for everything. Im totaly ticked that such a high profile network lets their advertisers use such manipulating tatics.

skumarinboit...what happend? did you ever find a resolution?
