Write them some bullshit. Put up a nice clean looking FPA and use a referrer blanker instead of hiderefer.

I was banned a few months ago a while before payment time however I did get my last paycheque which I was suprised about.

I have since tried to re-join but each time I have tried to join they have cancled my new account a day after I set it up.

I guess I will need to register some new domains with private registrations and they setup under my partners name.

CJ is more strict as he got a lot of complain from their customer.

In this case, let create another blogger blog with clean content.

Put link the same link to CJ url as you did on the hiderefer or anything you want.

Give them that page of traffic source and tell them you use it because you want to test a/b traffic and analyze it.
