My friends account was banned, he was getting friends and family to sign up, email marketing,etc,etc. However, he was screwed because we sent extra traffic to the links which were all placed on a freerotator link (traffic sent to this one link), and Commssion Junction said they do not allow you to use services like freerotator, and they banned his account with over $3,000 inside it. Also, he's not allowed to make a new one.
Can he say anything or twist it so that they have to either reinstate or give him the money?
Pisses me off, cos I cannot find anywhere on the site which says you cannot use freerotator. My argument is that you could be using freerotator on your website for ad rotation or something, and can be used completely legitly.

Wait, so all the "free rotator" is, is an ad rotator? Are you blanking the referrer or something? There has to be a more specific reason.
