Can I promote them without a website ,just send some targeted customers email?

I hear CJ was really good about catching BlackHat traffic.
I have a lot of approved affiliates but I'm almost afraid of touching them because I don't have any way to explain my traffic. The site I hooked my CJ too is kind of dull and crappish. Anybody have luck pushing and getting paid out from them?

Don't, I got 3 leads for $100 that never showed up in my account. Better to register with the company themselves.

All you have to do is read their conditions do's and don'ts.
I use nothing but email marketing for CJ. But I make sure the company accepts email marketing.
