OK im banned form cj. they told me today they are waiting to hear from the advertiser if they want to pay me or not.

I don't think CJ kept the money. I think the merchant/advertizer never paid them to pay you in the first place. So CJ didn't get their cut and got pissed.

Can you tell us what you did? Specifically.? You might get it back depends on the situation you caused. There is always a way!

CJ never pays out to ban members - CJ is clean and high cut don't bend the rules with them; they nail your ass to the wall every time. You need redirects and blank refs to pull anything even greyhat off with them for a long time.

Next time find your OWN offers and do some marketing for them instead of people like CJ.

^this. there never was any money to begin with. you just wasted a bunch of energy sending crap leads that didn't convert, so naturally the result is you don't get paid.

I think you have a better chance of going up to Adriana Lima, grabbing her ass and saying "How you doin" and her responding "My place, right now you big piece of man meat than getting your money from CJ if you screw with them. Just my 2 cents.
