Okay I know credit reports are slow these days but I am in a tough situation. I get 300 solid housing leads from people looking to rent to my various rental websites. Does anyone have any ideas on how to convert these people? Any ideas would be great. I was thinking maybe emailing them or something...this are legit leads.

oh hell yeah..tell them to check their credit, and present them with an offer for truecredit in order to be able to look at the apartment lol

I do....I have a method for this...I will be on skype tonight hit me up....If you can get 300 leads a day I will buy them off you if you want

Good luck. I thought of this over 6 months ago - they don't exist. I had a whole plan laid out on how I was gonna rape with these... then I found out they don't exist. :fail:
