Back Button redirection - Could I get penalized?

I found an interesting javascript:

Every time when a visitor clicks on the back button he'll get redirected to my site (so he can't get back to google) and this will drop the bounce rate. Do you think I could get penalized for this?

No you won`t get penalized. Also if you have WP sites then there are plugins for that for sale.
