I did some reasearch and the best ip database seems to be fantomasters.

what is cloaking good for

i know it creates search engine friendly content..

but does it create backlinks or anything like that to increase visitors?

Usual cloaking script only makes friendly pages for search engines wich just help you a bit if you want to Cloak and do Seo black hat full out you must use a tool like professional-submitter.com/ wich can do both for you.

I use sec myself and have been having some great results with it so far
