Software to rewrite articles for Blogger?

I am looking for some software to rewrite articles/PLR for blogger blogs. I don't have a website and thus a server to upload scripts to. I am looking for software that runs on my computer which I can input articles and rewrite them. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I tried WordFlood, but at least for me, it is a lot easier to just rewrite sentence (which makes them very very unique) rather than just flipping words/phrases. Maybe I am not using it right, any ideas?
