If you need real and viral traffic. You can spend money with content marketing. Daily Blog Updates to relevant blogs. Article Marketing, Social Media is best way to get viral traffic and also you get social authority also.

Depends exactly on what you are looking for, like if it adult you need to post on some Adult sites, If it is Normal Site then related Facebook Pages or Blogs,
If you have a website then SEO and some Paid Traffic...
