Hello, can somebody help me out. I need plugin/script/hack for wordpress. Want to bulk upload images to wordpress and script create posts with 1 image per post and title of the post are image name...

May be you could use WPRobot with a little tweak. Upload them to flickr and post them via a WPR campaign...that's the easiest I could remember as of for now ;-)

Not really what I was looking for not sure about OP.

NextGEN Gallery you can upload a zip, but doesn't auto post you have to post manually.

Perhaps this is what you are searching for - image-inserterDOTcom - just found it by searching...
