Need Non Cloaked Hits to my CPA's

What would be the best way to get click traffic to my CPA offers.
I just want the hits to help balance out the ones that are taking the offers.

I do not need much traffic like this. Would one of those traffic exchanges you can turn on and off work? Just so it shows a click to the offer is all I need.

Anyone know if that will work or is there a better way?

purchase cheap/bot traffic from digitalpoint, you can specify how much traffic you want per day, etc..
