I need a wordpress plugin for affiliate cloaking and deeplinking. It should work like:

http://outboundlink.com-->> http://mysite.com/redirect?http://outboundlink.com-->> hxxp://affiliatelink.com/&redirect=hxxpp://outboundlink.com[encoded]?parameters.

I know that can be done with the help of some plugin but I could not find it. I am searching for the solution since a long time.
Any help is more than appreciated.

PS: Any Indian IMer can understand easily what I am trying to say here. It is a common method used here by Indian networks for cloaking deep linked URLs.
