Re: Cloaking Question
The software has the ability to detect humans or bots.
Humans go to the landing/sales page.
bots stay and love your content page....index it...and possibly start to rank it..
if you want a very basic hand from a fellow newbie just pm me..

In the search engine results the url of your cloaked page shows up with the title and description of the cloaked page.
When people click on the link they will end up on the page where you redirect your traffic to.
There are cloaker progs that redirect inside a frame so the url seems the same as in the search engine results although they are on a different site.

Re: Cloaking Question
And make sure you disable cacheing just in case the cloaked url site is indexed.

That all depends on what you are using for Cloaking, SEC and Fantomas have the feature option to "able" or "disable".
You will have to go to your user manual, or support to find out how to enable it with the program you are using.
Why this is important is that if google or yahoo cache your "cloaked" page it will show the garbled text and a google human inspector or snitch will report you and have your site banned etc.
Some cloackers produce garbled text as near to human readable content as possible, but then you have to "pretty" the site structure up as well in order to avoid blowing the cover, all this really defeats the purpose of Cloaking so a great extent.
So the best thing to do is disable the cache.
