I think you're going to need to give more information. Are you talking about who is serving the ads? Where did the advertiser find the designer for the ads? Not sure what you're asking.

Sometimes your best bet is too go directly to the company if your really interested in
promoting for them ... You dont always need a cpa network

Hover your mouse over the ad and look at the bottom of your screen. Most times the URL of the ad will show. As Jericho stated-not real sure what your asking.
