What is the best technique for getting ad placements approved for a landing page I have "optimized" for performance?

Are the moderators of various ad platforms diligent enough to notice my creativeness? What is the proper procedure for getting ads passed where the landing page you are using is very creative?

Do I attempt to get the LP in question approved by making it appear as an offer of its own? Or do I cloak my original affiliate link for the ad network moderators, and then switch my domain to forward to my own LP after it has been approved and is running?

I know about covering tracks and most of the basics when it comes to your traffic source being checked by your AM, but until now I have been using traffic sources that doesn't require approval from a moderator.

Moderators can be very smart in some cases and may be not too smart in other cases. So it sort of a mixed situation.

Thanks for your reply. I was disappointed to see that nobody had answered my question earlier. It's an important part of the process and it's something I haven't seen answered anywhere else.
